I had the misfortune of coming back from vacation to find over four and a half feet of water in my basement this past January, my pipes froze up and broke, water ran for over four days. The damage was huge and the cleanup was even bigger than expected. I just came back to an outstanding cleanup job done by Mark Hoffman and Bob Tate, they did way more than they had too to make the basement better than it was?? it was a big clean up job and u guys nailed it so thank you.
So yes, I recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County for any clean up job, big or small?? I just hope the rest of the rebuild on my home goes as well.
Dave and his team got our flooded basement cleaned and dried faster than I could imagine! They started within a couple hours of our broken well plumbing being fixed, worked out an awesome claim with our insurance company and had our new flooring being installed much faster than we expected.
