Our finished basement flooded and we had just moved into the house so all of our belongings were down there as well. My husband and I were out of our house for over 3-4 hrs and when we arrived back home we walked into a water disaster! Our kitchen and finished basement were flooded. Joshua Ingersoll has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County since early 2017, having purchased the franchise from the former owners. He and his wife, Brienne, live in Genesee County, and have built strong ties to the communities in which they live. Every one of our 20+ employees lives within Genesee County, and we are proud to live and work in our home areas.
