Servpro’s tarp crew/person did an excellent job tarping the soffit area of my bay window and reaffirming the inside plastic covering so I could no longer be affected by the storms while awaiting insurance approval for repairs. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name (sorry) but he knew exactly what I needed, was polite, and professional. Thank you again.

We had Servpro come out after a grinder pump backup in our basement. They came out quickly on a weekend to help clean up the mess and tear out what needed to be removed and discarded. Every person from the original call to the cleanup crew, project manager and office staff were great to deal with. We were very pleased with the job they did for us.

Our furnish basement was severely damaged by a sewer backup resulting in flooding of the bathroom as well as the living room area and adjacent bedroom. This required the carpets to be removed, the lower part of all drywalls to be removed and the floor tiling as well as vanity together with other furniture to be extracted and removed. Servpro personnel were extremely professional, helpful, friendly and efficient at getting this job done together with the drying process and all other necessary water mitigation, not only within 2 days, but also at a very reasonable price. Having experienced a similar event in our garage a year ago in which we used another water mitigation company, I can attest to the truly superior job done by Servpro in a more difficult situation. I would definitely use Servpro again for any water mitigation home needs should they unfortunately arise again. SERVPRO of Annapolis were really easy to work with in a time of high stress. They were able to take some of the burden off from the stress of having an unpredictable thing happen to your home. They were able to walk me through some of the things better than insurance and was able to come out immediately to assess the damages. Front desk staff was very professional and nice as well.
