We were really fortunate having had the opportunity to work with this company for their cleaning services. We had a small home that had been covered in soot, and it was a nightmare to look at. They cleaned it fantastically top to bottom. They were prompt and thorough, and made sure the job was done right. Every time we called the person who spoke to us on the phone was very professional, but also sympathetic to what we were struggling with. Your carpet crew, Eric and Justin, out-did themselves going above and beyond to do their best to clean these carpets. They were courteous and hard working. I want to say what impressed me the most was when the job was done, instead of taking money I offered for lunch, they requested the money go back towards the building of wells in countries without water. They had noticed our bulletin board where donations had provided water to very needy areas. They wanted to participate. It is good to see such good qualities today!
We called SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park because our dishwasher leaked and caused damage to our kitchen floor. Our neighbor as well as our insurance provider recommend them. The staff was great. We highly recommend SERVPRO.
Our Harwood home received water damage when the refrigerator water line leaked. The guys that came out were wonderful and very professional. They came out as soon as I called and I would use them again.
Our insurance adjuster recommended we call SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park when the sanitary tub in the laundry room overflowed.
