HISTORY
Rockville is one of Maryland's oldest towns, with its origins dating back to Colonial America. When Montgomery County was formed by a division of Frederick County in 1776, Rockville served as the county seat and gradually became known as Montgomery Court House. In the 1780s, the community was known as Williamsburg, named for the family that subdivided the central part of town, when Rockville was little more than a cluster of homes, a tavern, a courthouse & a jail. The opening of the Rockville depot on the Metropolitan Branch of the B&O Railroad in 1873 brought Rockville into closer contact to the growing District of Columbia. Post-World War II, the population skyrocketed due to rapid suburban residential development, increasing from 6,934 in 1950 to nearly 45,000 in 1980. The 2020 Census shows the population at 67,117.

They were efficient and explained the processes to ensure that my unit would be complete dry and free from any further damage. They carefully walked me through the unit, identified wood expansion and explained the entire preventative process to me.

I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Amanda, Tim and the whole team have so much experience at the repair and construction side of this but perhaps more importantly, they know how to help homeowners when they're going through a tough time with remediation and reconstruction.
After smoke damaged pretty much everything we own, they came to our rescue and worked with insurance and my husband and I to make sure everything got properly repaired and restored. Amanda especially was the most remarkably patient, kind and professional project manager who really helped me through every step of the way. I don't know what I would've done without her.
