Colesville is a suburb of Washington, D.C. with a population of 15,421, as of the 2020 census. It is in Montgomery County, Maryland and home to many parks & high-rated public schools.

As an unincorporated area, Colesville's boundaries are not officially defined. Many residents consider the town to be one of the many neighborhoods of Silver Spring. Colesville is recognized by USPS as an acceptable city name in 2 northeastern Montgomery County ZIP codes, with Silver Spring being the preferred city name. It is also recognized by the U.S. Census Bureau as a census-designated place, and by the U.S. Geological Survey as a populated place.
Colesville has a total area of 9.2 square miles, all land. Its accepted boundaries extend between the Northwest & Paint Branches of the Anacostia River. Its northern & southern boundaries are not as well-defined, but are usually assumed to run from Springbrook High School in the south to Cloverly in the north.
The first land was purchased in Colesville from the Lords Baltimore in 1714; patented "Easy Purchase," the 900-acre tract extended from Meadowood south to near present-day Route 29. In 1715, "Easy Purchase" was bought by James Beall, Sr., who that year also patented "Drumeldry," a 225-acre tract from the Northwest Branch across Notley Road to Shannon Drive. In 1718, his nephew William Beall patented "Wolf's Den," a 317-acre tract that straddled today's Bonifant Road and ran from Notley Road to Pebblestone Drive, and then southwest across the Northwest Branch.

I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Amanda, Tim and the whole team have so much experience at the repair and construction side of this but perhaps more importantly, they know how to help homeowners when they're going through a tough time with remediation and reconstruction.
After smoke damaged pretty much everything we own, they came to our rescue and worked with insurance and my husband and I to make sure everything got properly repaired and restored. Amanda especially was the most remarkably patient, kind and professional project manager who really helped me through every step of the way. I don't know what I would've done without her.
