There are no words to describe the experience I have had with Servpro. We had a small leak that demolished half of our kitchen and our gym basement. Honestly. I am not a huge reviewer BUT the crew that came out to help me in the most upsetting and scary moment with our house was incredible and worth the time to review- they are worth everyone's time. They also tried to have the same guys on the job the whole time which was my request - Dorian, AK and Adonay so that I felt safe and comfortable and didn't feel I was explaining over and over. Their attention to detail and care of our house is unmatched. We also had Amanda and Jacob move and pack all of our kitchen items and they were careful, organized, efficient and patient when we had to move things for this unexpected leak. Dorian is a caring. Efficient, intelligent manager who takes to to assure you all will be ok. Ak and adanoy made sure to check with Dorian and my insurance adjuster before removing things. At the end, Nelson and Thomas helped move things around so my husband could park his car in the garage and they we equally as kind and careful. AK and Dorian worked with them to explain that bubble wrapped drawers were needed to store and AK made sure to put our dish washer in the basement in case the weather gets cold. They alleviated so much stress for me I cannot say enough phenomenal things about this company and this team of workers. Dorian worked well worked with our adjuster and answered every call I had - he was so invested in our house and my sanity ( not kidding). What they accomplished in 8 days to help us get our house ready for reconstruction is jaw-dropping. I cannot recommend them enough. To Servpro, I will say this- this team of workers are the best I've met, do not lose them, hold on tight to them, give them raises, give them promotions , NEVER let them go!!! they are the of the best of the best. I will be endlessly grateful to them - thank YOU Dorian, AK and Adanoy for making this horrible leak more manageable and making me feel I could get through the unexpected destruction of my kitchen and basement. I hope my next phase of reconstruction has people as hard working, detail oriented, organized, on time, efficient and as kind as you three. L
Servpro was professional and courteous to the customer. They made the assessment of the issue and gave a solution and scheduled a cleanup in a timely manner. They documented the issue prior to and during the process with photos and videos .
