Tabitha and Jamal arrived at our house and where very professional, super courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to dry our floors. They also explained everything very clearly to us every step of the way. If I didn’t know better I could of thought they owned the company, you just don’t see people of this caliber in the workforce nowadays! If all SERVPRO employees are half as good as Tabitha and Jamal I would recommend this company to anyone.
I had a burst pipe. The crew came within hours of my report of the damage. Because of flooding and property damage throughout the region these crews have been stretched thin. Despite obvious fatigue they worked until the job was done. Tabitha and Andre especially were very respectful of my space and property. Tabitha treated my property and personal items as if they were her own. Unfortunately I had a similar mishap with a burst pipe in another part of the country many years ago. SERVPRO did the work then and were good. However I have never worked with anyone as kind, considerate, and empathetic as Tabitha. Her concern was extremely reassuring during this very stressful time.
She also served as a reliable “go to” person because even the bosses had to do cleanup duty to meet the high demand for their services.
Tabitha and Tia delivered the last of my goods after SERVPRO helped with fire recovery. Everyone did a great job!
