Rolling Prairie Cleanup and Restoration

I recently had the ice maker line break on my refrigerator and flood my kitchen in the middle of the night. It was not a pleasant morning, but, it got better once I called Servpro. Aaron came out to assess my situation and quickly got the wet flooring removed and fans running so that the house can dry out. He was also very helpful in navigating the process and working with the insurance company. Once dry, Servpro reinstalled my cabinets and floors. Brian and Lance did an excellent job for me and were easy to work with and respectful of my situation and home. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I need these type of services, I’m going to call Servpro!

Jay and Brock arrived on time and communicated the steps they were taking to remove the damaged materials - very professional employees.

Professional group, friendly , informative and didn’t gouge on unnecessary work or items like extra fans etc. The manager Aaron to the staff who picked up humidifier a few days later were awesome. Highly recommend them because when you need help they’re the best.

A big shout out to Serv Pro at Michigan City for their awesome work! On Thanksgiving Day, I had the misfortune of having a small porch fire. This was non structural but sent smoke damage into the porch and basement stairwell. The project manager, Barb, was great and put together a crew to mitigate the smoke damage and clean up. I had several different workers on site, but the two gals, Makayla and Amy, were there for two days working in a cold porch and basement stairwell. They did a fabulous job and even discarded the outside damaged materials buried in the snow. If you find yourself in need of quality help in a bad situation, consider Serv Pro of Michigan City to get you back to normal!
