I recently had the ice maker line break on my refrigerator and flood my kitchen in the middle of the night. It was not a pleasant morning, but, it got better once I called Servpro. He was also very helpful in navigating the process and working with the insurance company. Once dry, Servpro reinstalled my cabinets and floors. A big shout out to Serv Pro at Michigan City for their awesome work! On Thanksgiving Day, I had the misfortune of having a small porch fire. This was non structural but sent smoke damage into the porch and basement stairwell. The project manager, Barb, was great and put together a crew to mitigate the smoke damage and clean up. I had several different workers on site, but the two gals, Makayla and Amy, were there for two days working in a cold porch and basement stairwell. They did a fabulous job and even discarded the outside damaged materials buried in the snow.
