What a difference it made having Servpro do a complete cleaning of my dads house, its truly like walking into a new home and something that would have made my dad so happy- I highly recommend this group, thank you so much!

My wife and I were in the process of moving and we had a small kitchen fire. We called ServPro to do the remediation. They did a great job! Travis Hawkins was an incredible project manager. He worked with the insurance company and got the reimbursement that we needed to do the repairs. Megan was great with getting all our furniture and clothes cleaned from smoke damage. She was also great in allowing us to go out to their office and pick up essentials when we were in town. Mike and Kara were amazing with the construction and repairs. Repairs were expected to take about 4 months. They got it completed weeks before the expected date and we were able to get the house sold within days. With my wife and I living multiple states away, they were great to work with and reduced the amount of stress that we would have otherwise. I would show pictures of the great work they did except that we sold the house.

Everyone was great from demolition to rebuild! Alan, TJ and Jill were very professional. They kept me in the loop and made sure everything was up to standard before completion. Thanks!

Servpro Team McGuire was great. They packed up the main floor of my house which included dining room, kitchen, living room & breakfast nook. I was particularly impressed with how well my furniture was wrapped. Nothing was broken and the staff was very friendly.

Servpro was called to help with some office flooding due to a water line burst on a Sunday. I called the 24/7 hotline and within 5 minutes was contacted by local management personnel who were onsite within 20 minutes. It was at this moment I met Cedric, who has been taking care of the now week+ process drying, mold mitigation, and even comfort of the spaces while being treated. You guys made it easy, thank you very much for taking such great care of us, making a crisis manageable, topped off with impeccable customer service, SERVPRO IS THE WAY TO GO!!

I hired Servpro to clean my basement floor due to the house being sold. The work (or lack of it) was completed on July 30, 2025. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work that was completed. I paid the company $675.00 to complete the job. The two employees cleaned the floors for less than one hour and informed me that the job was completed. An inspection of the floors after being cleaned by Servpro showed them to look exactly the same. There was no improvement whatsoever. These employees were improperly trained due to them trying to clean the floors with the incorrect equipment. The employees failed to bring a scrubbing machine with them which was needed in order to remove the dirt from the tile. The employees left and returned about an hour later with the correct equipment. The error that was made by the employees caused me to waste a lot of my time, which could have been used to resolve other issues. The employees proceeded to scrub the floors which should have been done the first time. Upon completion the floors did look better but were still dirty. There was little to no effect put forth to complete the work that was paid for. The employees did not spend adequate time in completing the work. Due to the high cost that was paid additional time should of been spent in completing the work in the proper manner. The company told me this nonsense about how older tiles can not always be thoroughly cleaned. I spent four hours that same evening cleaning all the floors with a mop and floor cleaner. When I finished the floors looked 100 time better than the work completed by Servpro. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the way Servpro took my money and failed to do the job they were paid for. I used this company because I thought they were a reputable business, but I wrong. I regret doing business with them and feel I am entitled to a full refund. They deserve a rating of minus one star due to being very unprofessional.
