They gave me estimate for wet carpet and rug removal, part of drywall removal, pool table removal, drying and mold treatment $4468. Final bill $5122. Great work but you can’t be sure how much you would end up paying. You can’t trust the estimate. Updated 09/20/2026 I talked to the manager, Joe, a really nice person. It took longer to dry up basement than anticipated so the bill was higher than estimate. Still he revised the final bill to original estimate of $4468. I am happy with the final result.

My wife and I were in the process of moving and we had a small kitchen fire. We called ServPro to do the remediation. They did a great job! Travis Hawkins was an incredible project manager. He worked with the insurance company and got the reimbursement that we needed to do the repairs. Megan was great with getting all our furniture and clothes cleaned from smoke damage. She was also great in allowing us to go out to their office and pick up essentials when we were in town. Mike and Kara were amazing with the construction and repairs. Repairs were expected to take about 4 months. They got it completed weeks before the expected date and we were able to get the house sold within days. With my wife and I living multiple states away, they were great to work with and reduced the amount of stress that we would have otherwise. I would show pictures of the great work they did except that we sold the house.

Servpro Team McGuire was great. They packed up the main floor of my house which included dining room, kitchen, living room & breakfast nook. I was particularly impressed with how well my furniture was wrapped. Nothing was broken and the staff was very friendly.
