Crest Hill, Illinois is a city in Will County, Illinois with a population of just over 20,000 within a total of 9.16 square miles. Crest Hill decided to incorporate itself to avoid being annexed by the City of Joliet and became officially incorporated as the City of Crest Hill January 22,1960.
