After storm damage, a new roof was needed, and at the advice of others, Servpro of Carbondale/Marion was contacted. We didn't even know Servpro of Carbondale/Marion did roofing jobs. As of last night we have a new beautiful roof on our home again. This was done quickly and professionally by all involved, but the entire project was managed by Troy, who truly went above and beyond. Never pressured us to buy or do anything we did not want or need. We would highly recommend Servpro of Carbondale/Marion to anyone in need, and hopefully it's a long time from now, but we will contact again in the future for any repairs.

Had 4 inches water throughout our finished basement . We had a tremendous rainstorm and electricity was off It was a terrible morning at our home till I quickly made decision to call ServPro to help us recover. They came that first day and did thorough examination after the water had drained out after electricity returned. So our basement has been cleaned up and dried out and I have to compliment the men that came to help us The men came from Marion office. Charlie was the leader of the team and he was helped with three very kind and dedicated workers Their names were Seth, Dakota, and Zack. All for were very knowledgeable and very professional and I appreciate their help so much. Hoping my basement doesn’t flood again but if I have any big damage I wouldn’t hesitate to call ServPro

We had a great experience with Gavin Taylor from ServPro. He managed the cleaning and removal of the damage caused by a fire loss. I really appreciated how easy going Gavin was and that he throughly explained the process as they progressed. It was a LOT of work for them and they did a GREAT JOB!
