A very quick response time and considerate employees as we dealt with this mess. A very professional service team. Appeared using good quality equipment to make everything cleaned up and dried up to their best of their ability in a timely manor. Representatives were patient while we continue to ask so many questions through the process. For something that was not a good experience, they applied themselves to make it the best they could us and our home and all the personal belongings.
I will always use SERVPRO of Carbondale-Marion from now on. They do so much more than clean up water damage! They had special equipment to get rid of foul odors such as cigarette smoke, pet odor, etc that we had in our rental and afterwards the place smelled amazing!
