Town and Country Days is an annual celebration held at the end of August. The parade is the "Largest Small-Town Parade in Iowa." There are events on Friday night as well as all day Saturday which showcase this small town's charm.

Last summer we had a large wind storm come through our hometown. We had a lot of roof damage and some windows that broke. We were very upset and didn't know who to even call to help us out until our insurance company suggested SERVPRO. They were there within a couple of hours, boarded our windows up, tarped our roof and fixed a few other little things around the outside of our home that the storm damaged. We were so happy with their quick response time and how they made us feel so safe and comfortable with the work they performed for us. Would recommend to anyone!
