Servpro of Burlington did an excellent job cleaning the carpets of a rental house that I took possession of recently. Previous tenants let pets ruins the carpets and they smelled horrible of pet odors, unlivable in my opinion. Not to mention there was also a flea infestation that had to be treated. Servpro worked me into their busy schedule very quickly and followed up with me a few days later to see if the smell was improved.
