Ray & Luke did an excellent job !! They were friendly and respectful!! Ray & Luke had an appointment and came earlier which I’m very appreciative. They fixed my problem quickly & the same day !!! Due to plumbing problems that are now fixed sewer water had leaked in my crawl space. I’m very pleased that they handled the job so quickly & I am satisfied with the steps to insure that we won’t get exposed to any bacteria!! I will definitely call them back if I ever have anymore issues!!

We had a sewage leak at my office that came from a restaurant next to us and Ray with your company came out & was very polite, very informative on what he found & went & got supplies quickly to get the situation resolved & then he got machines going & deodarizer going to kill that smell. Our insurance recommended SERVPRO as a company to handle our water damage loss. They were prompt, came out immediately when the incident happened. The team from SERVPRO was kind, respectful and professional from start to finish. There were sub contractor bumps along the way that Johnny from SERVPRO rectified immediately upon us notifying them. Overall, I would never wish a home loss of any type on anyone, however, do not hesitate to call SERVPRO to resolve the matter for you. In the end, thanks to Johnny, we had some great people honoring and resorting our home back to its original condition.

I wanted to update my original review now that SERVPRO has had the opportunity to address my concerns. Johnny, the coordinator, reached out to me personally after learning about my experience. He listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and followed through on his commitment to correct the work that had not been done properly the first time. Ultimately, everything I raised was addressed, and the repairs were completed well. I appreciate Johnny keeping his word and making sure the issues were resolved, and I am happy with the final result. The main area I think could still be improved is communication and coordination between the office and the contractors completing the work. Each time someone new came to my home, I found myself having to explain the situation again, including what needed to be corrected and what the plan was. Better communication between everyone involved would have made the process much smoother. Overall, while my initial experience was frustrating, I do appreciate the effort SERVPRO made to correct their mistakes and make things right. The final work was done well, and I’m satisfied that everything has now been completed.
