Sharon the office manager was always easy to get in touch with and ensured I was taken care of. Adam, one of the owners, came and personally performed the assessment. He took his time to thoroughly investigate my problem and answer any questions I had. Something unexpectedly came up before the remediation was to be performed but thankfully I was able to get in touch with Adam over the weekend and he immediately rescheduled the job for the following day.
