The weather of Forest City is characterized by a humid subtropical climate, with hot summers and mild winters. Like much of Central Florida, it experiences frequent thunderstorms during the summer months and a milder, drier winter season- which is standard for Central Florida as a whole.

Being a mainly residential area, the recreational opportunities in Forest City are centered around public parks and green spaces, such as the Forest City Community Park. Servpro did an amazing job at our house last week when our water softener decided to malfunction and leak into our garage and master bathroom closet.
