Austin and AJ arrived on time, explained everything well and were quick.

Our home was broken into while we were away. A glass door was shattered to gain entry and a terrible mess was left. By the time we knew what had happened it was after 11 pm. Even so, I reached A.J. that night and his team was there the next morning. They cleaned up the glass and secured the opening with care and professionalism. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

AJ and Gary were excellent. They arrived during our plumbing emergency and immediately got to work while the plumber was still on site. Professional, responsive, and respectful of our home, they made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Highly recommend!

My water heater leaked and caused a lot of water damage in my house. I contacted SERVPRO and Felipe Frezza, Production Manager came out to my house that day. He was professional and reviewed in detail the damage and next steps. Within 24 hours a crew was at my house. The workers were friendly and explained what they were going to do. Felipe also returned and continued to explain what had to be done. The office staff was also very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Apopka-Wekiva.

Servpro did an amazing job at our house last week when our water softener decided to malfunction and leak into our garage and master bathroom closet. I called around 1:30pm and Felipe Freeza was at our house the same day to set up equipment and begin the drying-out process. He was so kind and patient, and explained things very well. James and Joshua were our techs and they did a great job too - they were very efficient and extremely respectful of our home. Even the people I dealt with on the phone were so nice. All around a great experience. We hope to never need Servpro’s services again but if we do, they will be our first call. Thanks again Felipe, James and Joshua!

Felipe and Hunter were exceptionally professional, thorough, kind and easy to work with during our recent disaster.
