We are a non-profit 501(C)3 organization that helps underprivileged and special needs children experience music. We have a small rehearsal space that flooded during a freak thunderstorm.

Due to the heavy rain and high winds from Hurricane Irma, one of the medical office buildings that I manage lost the exterior shell on two sides of the building, allowing wind driven rain to enter the building.
