Due to the heavy rain and high winds from Hurricane Irma, one of the medical office buildings that I manage lost the exterior shell on two sides of the building, allowing wind driven rain to enter the building.

Arrival times of tech's varied wildly from earlier than set appt. to much later. Difficult to tie down when inquired. Very professional staff (other than time issue but we were dealing with hurricane response) we appreciate the immediate response same day as incident.
