She is so responsive and keeps me updated on projects they are working on. Thanksgiving day we had a flood and they were out within an hour with sand bags and saving the day as my manager was overwhelmed with the rain and flooding. They are quick to supply a bid, perform the work and provide excellent service to my manager, resident and myself. Jim the owner cares! He has a strong team of dedicated and passionate employees. This is the 3rd time my condo complex has contracted SERVPRO to do repairs caused by water damage due to a broken pipe in my Unit. On this occasion- Nov 2019- I want to specifically recognize and commend Carmen in the scheduling dept. She understood and appreciated my concerns in getting this repair job quickly. She always communicated
promptly and eased my concerns. She was even "on call" on Thanksgiving Day and was able to schedule the final repair to my Unit.
This kind of exceptional customer service, sadly, is rare and makes her an asset to SERVPRO and helps them an exceptional company as well. KUDOS CARMEN!
Also a special thank you to Thomas for going above and beyond by installing plastic covering to the gaping hole in my ceiling that had to be left before the next step of repairs could be approved.

I can't rave enough about the service Liron provided to me even before she came out here. It simply doesn't get better than this. I learned so much about some not-too-pretty little problems that my dwelling was having. I really wasn't feeling good about the situation at all, but she took all the time it took to explain everything to me so that we could get to the bottom of it and start moving toward a solution. She also provided me with referrals to the other professionals who were able to help me as well. So much kindness, patience, thoroughness, and knowledge. When I went to others, I ended up getting misinformation. She working with me to clear up these misunderstandings, even though they were caused by her competitors. I cannot recommend her service enough- just a paragon of professionalism and helpfulness.
