Manny Orozoo and others at this ServPro location and associated with this mitigation has been fabulous to work with. The water leakage and the whole mitigation process has been quite overwhelming, and everyone's calmness and explanation of the process has been very much appreciated. There's still a lot to be done (we've only just completed Phase 1), so I won't be checking off below the services I have not (yet) used. The company is working with my insurance regarding payment.
As a resident at community ln , I really appreciate how much you guys care about the community and other people. The way they prepped and protected the hallway and elevator area before the work was really thoughtful.
