I would like to say that the SERVPRO gentlemen that came to dry out and demo our house that we are renovating did a thorough and detailed job. Everything was professional from the moment they walked through the door. Braden and Eduardo made sure that everything was properly executed. Seeing that there was a leak from the roof from the rain over the last couple of days. That managed to seep through and made a pretty good amount of water damage. But they assessed the damage and made quick of the resources. Extremely pleasant and considerate about the time and efficiency about the work to be done. In the future we will definitely recommend and utilize the SERVPRO company. Again thank you Braden and Eduardo for their excellent work.

SERVPRO assists me for all my property management needs. I have over 20 properties and they are my "go-to" for remediation and temporary relocation of residents' personal items. Liron is wonderful! She is so responsive and keeps me updated on projects they are working on. Thanksgiving day we had a flood and they were out within an hour with sand bags and saving the day as my manager was overwhelmed with the rain and flooding. They are quick to supply a bid, perform the work and provide excellent service to my manager, resident and myself. Jim the owner cares! He has a strong team of dedicated and passionate employees. This is the 3rd time my condo complex has contracted SERVPRO to do repairs caused by water damage due to a broken pipe in my Unit. On this occasion- Nov 2019- I want to specifically recognize and commend Carmen in the scheduling dept. She understood and appreciated my concerns in getting this repair job quickly. She always communicated
promptly and eased my concerns. She was even "on call" on Thanksgiving Day and was able to schedule the final repair to my Unit.
This kind of exceptional customer service, sadly, is rare and makes her an asset to SERVPRO and helps them an exceptional company as well. KUDOS CARMEN!

I just want to compliment Braden Ware and SERVPRO for the fine service and prompt attention to our leak in the shower. They dried the dampness and cut into the wall to allow room for the plumber to *fix the leak. All accomplished in a professional manner.
If I could give 10 stars I would.
I had already called our insurance company, who recommended SERVPRO and we advised that we'd already called someone else. My husband called this location, while I called an alternate SERVPRO location. The OTHER location said they couldn't get someone out until the morning, so we declined their offer, and proceeded with asking the Sorrento Valley/UTC location to send someone out. Michael L and his associate (cannot remember his name - sorry) were at our house within an hour and quickly started setting up their equipment. Both individuals were EXTREMELY genuine in their concern for our chaos and eager to ell us they would get things under control shortly. They did just that.
From the early morning that Sunday to the Friday afterwards, Michael was in constant communication, with trying to work around OUR schedules to check the progress, work with the adjuster, etc. We were blown away with the professionalism and compassion Michael demonstrated, especially knowing we had another medical issue that rose in the midst of this displacement from our home.
I highly recommend this group, and if you get Michael assigned to your loss, consider yourself very lucky. We wished we had called SERVPRO (Sorrento Valley/UTC) originally, and we likely would have minimized the ensuing damage that continued to happen, due to the delay in the competitor.
Recently a good friend of mine had a water line blow out in the master bath. After the insurance company was informed they sent out SERVPRO. BRAYDEN from SERVPRO from the Sorrento Valley office was at the door within 45min. He immediately started air scrubbers,and dehumidifiers to start the dry out operation. He worked until 11pm that night and was back the next morning, a Saturday, with a crew to start the job of exposing areas of concern. Brayden and his crew worked tirelessly on the job until it was completed. With his professional approach my friends house and personal belongings were treated like they were his own. This kind of treatment is often lost in today's world. Brayden went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my friend was at ease and worry free during this whole ordeal.
In conclusion I would and will definitely recommend the Sorrento Valley SERVPRO office to everyone. Especially Brayden himself. Outstanding work Brayden I can't tell you how much you are appreciated buy everyone here.
