I had to make an unfortunate call to SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley due to a family member passing away and found in their home. I was recommended to this specific SERVPRO from the corners office. I called and spoke with Leticia, she was very kind, compassionate, answered all my questions and even helped guide me on how to inquire with insurance. The other places I called were so invasive and unsympathetic and treated me as another call. Leticia was very patient with all my questions and even followed up with me. Now that's customer service and had to share. Thank you.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley. A friend of mine recommended them after we discovered a leak from the toilet and it has been a pleasure working with them. Liron is great and really kept reassuring me things would work out and they did. Rick was great, kept in constant contact with me, letting me know when things were happening and what the next steps were. I LOVE our bathroom, they all did a fantastic job.
