Our experience with SERVPRO of Mar Vista was outstanding. They really came through for us during a trying time. Our home was affected by the Woolsey fire, and they proved to be friendly, responsive and, most important, honest brokers. I had heard horror stories of other companies taking advantage of vulnerable homeowners post-fire (i.e. demanding payment up front, not providing estimates or scopes of work). But Demil and team were transparent and extremely patient while we went through the clean up process. I highly recommend and would use them again!

They were informed more than other company in the customer service department about mold and how to deal with the issue. They were always personable and helpful and they helped me deal with the complication of insurance with condos. These guys are extremely professional. We recently had to have restoration done to our home thanks to a water filter exploding behind our fridge. It led to us having to have SERVPRO out to take care of the water damage and to make sure we weren't susceptible to molding. They worked well with our insurance and were able to get the job done in a TIMELY fashion. I can't stress that point enough. It was nice to have our house back to normal as quickly as we did. I usually don't write yelp reviews but they sure do deserve the 5 stars. They helped me every step of the way. I didn't know anything about a water damage or mold. The office staff was able to coordinate everything with my insurance and they updated me every step of the way. The onsite crew walked me throughout all the damages and updated me throughout the entire job. I would like to thank the entire crew for treating me with so much respect and providing me with the best customer care I have seen in a while.
