He educated us on the climate in our garage and what smells and sight observations were normal versus those of concern. I went into this appointment thinking the worse news and expenses were going to result and luckily it was the very opposite outcome. I walked away knowing the correction needed and feeling well educated!! I can’t express how refreshing it was meeting with a company who is not there to just sell and push anything that is not necessary. 100% recommend the Mobile County Serve Pro Office!!

SERVPRO continues to make me happy that I chose them. Their services and response time prevented more water damage. Today, their packing team was excellent. Attention to detail, skills, communication, and courtesy are exceptional... update: the work is complete, and my furniture was moved back in. The recovery was excellent, the home was immaculately after the clean team was done, now my furniture is back in the home. The move team was great! No damaged furniture whatsoever. I couldn't have asked for better service! One important detail.: My insurance company and SERVPRO was in constant contact, coordinating the effort and costs. All was covered. We are grateful to have found such an experienced and professional company... thank you
We called SERVPRO after a water leak occurred and they came out that day. They brought us such peace of mind and after inspecting everything, they put together a plan of how to thoroughly dry out everything to prevent mold or damage that could affect us down the road. I was concerned it would cost us a lot or that they would try to take advantage of the situation, but we had the complete opposite experience. They were extremely economical and they gave us different options depending on how much we wanted to do/have done etc. They brought hope to the situation and we finally were able to get the situation resolved. Casey was the one who helped us, she was very professional, down to earth and relatable, she did not rush and took her time explaining everything so that we could make sure that we knew how to proceed. We feel that we absolutely made the best decision in calling SERVPRO of Mobile County over other companies, and while we hope we will not have another future situation to call them, they will be the first ones to call if it was ever needed. We would definitely recommend them. SERVPRO brought us peace of mind, they were economical, and very knowledgeable yet relatable.
