In the heart of North Alabama, Fort Payne is a city located in Dekalb County. We had our basement sump pump stop working for us. We ended up with about 4 feet of water eventually. Our insurance company recommended Servpro along with a couple of other companies. We called Servpro and they answered right away. Tyler called back and made an appointment for an estimate. When he arrived he quickly put us at ease and got down to the business of the estimate. After he was done we paid our deductible and he put us on the schedule for remediation. When the day arrived Tyler, Dennie, Drake, and a couple of other guys showed up and got right to work. The amount of things they brought up from the basement was tremendous. They filled up a 10 yard dumpster and then a 30 yard one. They then got to work cleaning the water damage up. They left numerous fans running and a few dehumidifyers running in order to dry the basement. We can't be more pleased with the work they performed and would easily recommend Servpro for any water remediation.
