This last December our home in Sumas was once again flooded by the Nooksack River. This was the second time in 4 years we have used Serv Pro of Whatcom County to remediate the damage done to our home from flooding. We were extremely satisfied with the response, and services provided us with for our recovery. Starting from Kelly managing the pack out, demo, sanitizing, storage, and cleaning of our personal belongings to Chad who led the demolition, Ken, Kevin, and Roman who managed the rebuild and remodeling. Also, all the other team members who worked on the project were excellent. We were back in our home in 5 months and recommend Serv Pro for their services and will use them again if needed. A job well done.

I worked with the Servpro team when my apartment building flooded. Communication with both the staff at the central office and the onsite staff were fantastic. They're fast, helpful, and really know their business.

They very knowledgeably helped mitigate water damage fast and professionally. We were impressed and would use again.

Within 90 minutes of our event, the Servpro team was out at our home starting the mitigation process. Hat’s off to Ricky, Steven, Tawni, Aaron & Josh for their tireless efforts. Afterwards the contents team of Lora and Makayla did a fabulous job of packing and storing all our possessions that needed to be moved out of the flooded area. Finally, we were kept in constant contact and given regular updates on the progress by Keira. Her courtesy and understanding were vital these past few weeks.

Kyle L is such a stellar representative for this company. He's stopped by our business annually to drop off a card and some miniature calendars the last couple of years, and while we haven't had the need to, you better believe he's made such a good impression that we'll go with SERVPRO should the need arise. He even remembered that I was the one he spoke with last time he was through ... if only all reps were like this guy!

My husband and I have been extremely satisfied by the work done by ServPro, over months, after our basement was flooded when a city water main broke. To a person the workers have been skilled, friendly, and professional. Kelly Gordon, the Office Manager, has been an exceptional liaison for us. When we had questions or concerns, she aways got right back to us. She has been beyond patient with the process that the City requires. We knew nothing about ServPro when this all started, but as soon as we connected with Kelly, we knew we had chosen the right company to work with . The Project Managers have similarly been absolutely fabulous. They are skilled, reliable, friendly and committed to very high standards. MAY 28, 2026......SECOND REVIEW!!! Here we are.....months later.....near the end of May 2026. Our flood took place last August 13th....2025. Today, I would like to address a whole new crew of ServPro rebuilders who have worked with us the last number of months. under their manager, Kevin Neilson. He has been magnificent. He responded quickly to any inquiries we had and let us know if there were going to be hold ups. He has visited our home in person to connect with us and see what his teams are doing. He and his crews have taken care of a myriad of different aspects of the rebuild: plumbing, ordering and installing a new vanity, laying engineered wood floating floors, painting, returning boxes from storage, re-assembling beds, fixing wiring. To a person, these young people have worked tirelessly, sometimes staying til 8 pm. They are skilled, friendly, kind and punctual. We are always notified in advance about their time of arrival and the nature of their work. Yesterday, we were sent our final billing, which came out very close to what they had estimated all those months ago. They were more than fair. We can't say enough about how satisfied we have been with ServPro over these months. We recommend them with no reservations.
