The team was absolutely amazing!! Carmen was fantastic as lead and her team of Eliza, Icela, Iris, Estevan, and Alma were incredible. They went above and beyond helping me with getting my house back after a fire caused a lot of smoke damage. They looked out for my best interest and made sure things were done efficiently and correctly. They went above and beyond each day doing things to make me feel more at home...even made my bed which almost made me cry after a long day (that someone would do that for me). Something little, but really touched me. I felt very cared for and knew I was in the best of hands. My house has never been cleaner. They do amazing work and are incredibly professional! Nate and his team were amazing. Before the water finished pouring through the ceiling (sprinkler systems going off three floors above) Nate and his team were there cleaning up the mess at 9 pm at night. The whole process was managed flawlessly by SERVPRO, including helping us find a great contractor. They moved out our things, stored them, cleaned and dried out our space with so much ease and efficiency. This team knows what they are doing and how to reassure the client during a very stressful event. I highly recommend you call them for your next unexpected challenge.
