Rodrick & Ruperto just finished a water remediation service after a water leak. I had water damage requiring flooring & perhaps walls to be removed. My possessions were treated with care as they set up boxes, packed (including furniture) & moved out. Each member of the team contributed to the quick & efficient completion of the job. Highly recommended.

The afternoon our house went on the market the cold-water shutoff valve compression fitting failed. The valve was replaced that afternoon and our insurance company setup ServPro Woodinville to provide cleanup services. Juan del Rio and his assistant Edgar were out the next day. Immediately felt comfortable with Juan and Edgar as they got to work assessing the situation, communicating the problems in a manner which did not add to the stress level we were already experiencing. Juan quickly and thoroughly worked with us to determine the best way forward to deal with the remaining water/wet spots while being sensitive to the fact the house was on the market. Once the plan was established, they got everything setup and operational addressing all problem areas, including the crawl space in an efficient manner. I was very impressed with the way Juan communicated with us in a calm, professional manner, had all the answers and had the house dry in a couple of days.
