I had water damage in my home. SERVPRO sent a team including Roberto (lead), Dave, and Jacob . They were fantastic. The team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. They did a great job for me, called me regularly, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I highly recommend them and wish that everyone who has worked in my home over the years would have given me the excellent service that these gentlemen did.
Lucas did an excellent job assessing our situation. He mobilized his crew led by Roberto. I have never been so impressed as I was with the professionalism and courtesy with which Roberto approached our water damage. He was always prompt and even if he showed up early he and his crew would wait and respect the schedule he set up with us. Roberto paid particular attention to our home by covering everything and placing paper on the floors. All work areas were kept very clean and all debris taken away. I thought it was great that Roberto took the time with his crew to make sure they knew what was expected and he would also take the time to educate them not just give instructions. Overall, our experience with SERVPRO of Puyallup was stellar and we would highly recommend Lucas, Roberto and their crew to help with anyone put in a crisis situation with water damage.
