I just want to say thank to Ninoska, Arturo and Eduardo they have been the most professional hard working team! They were so very careful and courteous when moving are things out of our home and when they came back same care was taken. I had a leaking water pipe inside my wall and my wall and carpet were wet, damaged, and had some mold growth. They took care of it all. They called before coming, were on time, were friendly, professional, and got it all taken care of. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. JJ, Eduardo, Kimberly, Victor, and Jarad were the crew that came out and I can't say enough good things about them. They deserve this 5 star review!
I used SERVPRO to dry out my walls and flooring after a roof leak. All of the technicians were friendly and constantly made sure that the machines were checked on throughout the drying process. I worked closely with Ayana Brown and she was awesome! She constantly kept in touch and was always able to answer my questions.
