Lucas did an excellent job assessing our situation. He mobilized his crew led by Roberto. I have never been so impressed as I was with the professionalism and courtesy with which Roberto approached our water damage. He was always prompt and even if he showed up early he and his crew would wait and respect the schedule he set up with us. Roberto paid particular attention to our home by covering everything and placing paper on the floors. All work areas were kept very clean and all debris taken away. I thought it was great that Roberto took the time with his crew to make sure they knew what was expected and he would also take the time to educate them not just give instructions.
