Lakeside, Virginia’s Choice in Fire and Water Damage Restoration
Located just north of the city limits of Richmond, Virginia, lies the quaint town of Lakeside, Virginia. In the early 1890s, Richmond businessman and philanthropist Lewis Ginter began the development of Lakeside Park. This park had all the recreational activities a town could ask for, from hiking and biking trails to a lake for swimming and skating, and even a zoo at one time. The town got its name from the creation of this park and the subsequent wheel club “The Lakeside Wheel Club” that came after. The popular trail people rode their bikes on from town to the park eventually became known as Lakeside Avenue and is now the main shopping and restaurant strip of the area.
Lakeside is a town that is notorious for its beautiful scenery. The south end of the area boasts Joseph Bryan Park, 260+ acres of fields, ponds, gardens, and woods that are perfect to spend a relaxing afternoon in. To the north, there is the ever-popular Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. From the rose garden to the butterfly greenhouse, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden has a little bit of everything. Painstakingly curated by season and lovingly cared for, the flowers and other plants that live here are truly a sight to see.

He had a resident come talk to him about his apartment repairs and he took the time to answer all of his questions about what was going on and was so respectful and helpful to all of us while he was here.
