Alonzo and Rashunn from Servpro did a great job removing the mold and affected drywall from my ceiling after water damage from my upstairs neighbor’s overflow. I can say this company is amazing extremely professional.They stepped in & immediately made me feel better about my situation. Starting with the remediation team Alonzo & Rahumm.They Calmed me down after a terrible experience. listening & payed attention to all my concerns and issues and explain everything to me that needed to be done & assured me they would do the job correctly. From start of remediation they prepped the areas for the safety of my health and our pets .closing off the area properly for the start of remediation. Setting up barriers and then bring in the equipment to process the drying , etc, including on being sure I was okay during the remediation & because of my health issues. While constantly working with there supervisor team & my self .There kindness,caring concerns for our health pets was greatfull appreciated. I would recommend this company to everyone I know it is definitely are a 5 star company that you can depend on to do the job from start to finish with professional & correctly. I was very happy with the great service I received with water damage in my home. A team came to my house quickly and started the process. The team members were were very polite and worked well together to pack up my house and move everything out. They also did a great job with moving everything back in once the flooring and repairs were completed. Nick was the project manager and he kept me informed during the entire process. He was great with calling me and texting me to keep me informed with what was going on. I was really pleased with having him as a direct contact to alleviate any issues. I would recommend your company to others and use your services in the future if needed.
