Woodland Hills Cleanup and Restoration

We had a phenomenal experience with ServePro Duncanville/DeSoto! They packed and moved almost our entire house and that went great. But what I’m really impressed with is moving back in! Juan and the entire crew were professional, thorough, efficient and polite. Everything was put back beautifully. They even placed my objects in my glass cabinet exactly how it was when we moved out. I’m absolutely thrilled to have no boxes or wrapping paper to deal with. I thought I would be stressed tonight unwrapping stuff but that’s not the case at all. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

ServPro has been doing water mitigation for me. Everything has been so much easier since I got on the State Farm Approved Vendors List. It has been well worth it for me.

I recently used ServPro for the pack out in order to get new floors installed after a flood. I was very impressed by the work and would use them again. But I primarily want to give a shout out to the onsite person in charge, Norma. She was there both when the furniture and curtains and knick knacks were packed and returned. She was so efficient and caring that everything was taken care of and put back in its place. She is a valuable employee and I hope that Servpro appreciates her!

Maria Sanchez and her team were amazing. They were attentive to the 95 year old owner of the home (my dad) and left the house looking as it did before the damage occurred.

I cant say enough about Maria and her team. Matt was referred to me due to their positive quality of work. I couldnt agree more. The Servpro team went above and beyond expectations. I had a chemical fire in my home and this team worked diligently to make our home a safe environment again.

Due to extreme water damage in my home, all the flooring, baseboards, and some drywall needed to be replaced. Therefore, after water remediation, everything from the entire house that was on/in movable furniture was packed up by ServPro and placed in my large garage during the repair. When the repairs were complete, ServPro returned, and the team of Norma, Arah, and Alejandra did a fantastic job having furniture put back where it was and unpacking all the boxes. Because pictures had been taken prior to the pack-up, all items from the boxes were placed back in their original locations. It was as if the pack-up never occurred!! My home was back to normal. The unpacking team also talked with me about cleaning, and helped by giving suggestions that were definitely appreciated. When you've never been involved in something like this, it's hard to know the questions to ask. The team even assisted with taking pictures that would be needed for the insurance company. I highly recommend ServPro and their teams that assisted me. They were truly wonderful!!!

During a very difficult time having our home flood on Christmas night, the ServPro team came in and have been working non-stop. Matt and George have been amazing. Can’t recommend them enough.

We had a small fire in one of our HVAC ducts, and we did not realize how much work needed to be done to clean our home and ensure it was safe for us to continue living in. Fortunately, Matt made sure all bases were covered and walked us through the process, and his team has been punctual, polite, and professional. ServPro has responded quickly, even though we’ve had holidays to work around, and we are very grateful.
