Because pictures had been taken prior to the pack-up, all items from the boxes were placed back in their original locations. It was as if the pack-up never occurred!! My home was back to normal. The unpacking team also talked with me about cleaning, and helped by giving suggestions that were definitely appreciated. When you've never been involved in something like this, it's hard to know the questions to ask. The team even assisted with taking pictures that would be needed for the insurance company. I highly recommend ServPro and their teams that assisted me. They were truly wonderful!!!
