Orange Cleanup and Restoration

I don’t even know where to start. This will be long We bought a house about three years ago. In short, we’ve all been sick constantly since, I’m talking hospital stays for recurring pneumonia type sick. In December of this year, my youngest daughter (eight months at the time) almost died due to the common cold that rapidly turned to pneumonia. After being on a ventilator for three days, she was diagnosed with infantile asthma. The doctor said it was very likely an environmental influence. A couple months later my daughter went into respiratory distress for the third time in her life and required epinephrine for the third time. A day or so after we got back from the hospital, our washer flooded half our pier and beam house. The flooring was laminate so it soaked right through to the subfloor. Which we later found out was already rotting and moldy. Fast forward to our dealings with ServePro: Sheree is amazing. Very organized, prompt and professional. On a human level, she is an angel. She listened to me cry on multiple occasions, offered me words of encouragement when I needed it (and boy did I) and I cannot thank her enough for everything she organized. Aaron Franks, the superintendent for our project was VERY professional, very helpful, educated in his field, and again, on a human level, an absolute angel. I had endless questions that he never had to guess an answer for. He walked me through every step, communicated every change, and when the time came to finally fix the moldy, rotten subfloor (which had been making my family sick for so long) he was right there making sure things were getting done, giving me updates, answering any questions I had. I could not have prayed for a better guy to handle this task. During the last few months, I have felt so overwhelmed and sad being away from my home. You guys may never fully understand what you’ve done for my family. It wasn’t just floors to me. It was my daughter’s health. My peace of mind. I will always recommend Serve pro to anyone who needs a project done, big or small. Not only because of how well the work was done, but because this is a company full of real humans with real hearts. We had a fire in our garage, and Jacey from servepro came out the following day to access the damage, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to work us in very quickly for remediation, and demo. The Job File Coordinator Kaleigh kept me updated every morning so I knew exactly what would be done each day. The communication was great , they were quick, friendly and did a very thorough job.

ServePro Of Beaumont was absolutely amazing! Our hot water heater in our attic failed and flooded half of our home (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and our living room). They arrived quickly and explained the process to us and were so kind knowing our whole life had been thrown into unexpected chaos! They got us dried out after a few days and let us know what to expect next and answered any and all questions we had, as we have never had this happen before. I can't say enough about ALL of the employees that came and helped. Did I mention they even worked through the weekend! Awesome all around! I don't want to flood again, but I know if I ever need their services, I will definitely reach out to them first! Thank you so much to every employee at Servepro Beaumont!

This was the preferred vendor for my insurance company. They came out within a couple of hrs after a water pipe burst in my house. Thank you to Manny and Dylan, polite, professional, they covered up everything because I was afraid of roaches getting in after they opened the wall, they also calmed my nerves about the water leak. Also manager Anthony was easy to contact and he came on the phone quickly and then came to my house personally to answer some questions, he was candid. My house is now dry and has no odor. I only wish that Servepro could have done the construction as well, they were too busy at the time. I'm still waiting to get my repairs done with another company. I like the way they treated me and were easy to call, both Manny and Anthony I called them several times, also the secretary was nice, and I do appreciate that.
