This crew took a filthy large storage barn and cleaned it to where it looks brand new. Our barn is 22 years old and had the evidence of creatures all over it. This crew cleaned from top to bottom. Highly recommend them.

Several months ago our home suffered fire and subsequent water damage from an electrical fire at the worst possible time, and our family was beyond overwhelmed and unsure where or how to begin. In the moment, it truly did feel like the end of the world. We had several pieces of antique wood furniture from my great-grandmother that were near the fire and absolutely covered in black soot. I was devastated because they looked to be destroyed. I'm not going to lie, I was a nervous wreck and probably a little rude when I called SERVPRO because the first two companies I contacted were extremely unhelpful and I was at my wit's end. Thankfully, the third time was the charm. Servpro's entire team has gone above and beyond for us and provided all the guidance, expertise, and reassurance we needed during this disaster. Paul and Manny were at our home within the hour, assessed the extensive damage very thoroughly, and explained every step of the restoration process in a way that was easy for us to understand (having never experienced anything like this before). Their knowledge and professionalism immediately gave us confidence that our home was in great hands. The quality of their work was exceptional. From the mitigation and cleanup to the repairs and restoration, every aspect of the project was completed with great attention to detail. Even the demolition portion of the project was unbelievably clean! The crew working on our home was kind and courteous, respectful of our property and preferences, and kept things clean and organized throughout the mitigation and reconstruction process. And we are beyond happy with the results!! They were even able to restore and clean all my antique furniture and some other sentimental items that I thought were completely ruined!!😁 A couple of the pieces actually somehow look even better than they did before the fire, which is insane to me!! But for me, the most valuable part of our experience was their assistance with the insurance claim. I am a very anxious person, and navigating all of this proved to be a lot more difficult and confusing than I had anticipated, but the team helped us understand the process and what to expect, answered my many questions, provided detailed documentation to our insurance company, and worked closely with our adjuster to keep things moving smoothly. We did have some issues with our insurance adjuster being unresponsive for over a week in the middle of the project, but thankfully one of the owners, T John, happened to be close with our adjuster's supervisor so they got that rectified quickly. Servpro's experience, communication, and transparency made this difficult situation much easier to manage. There were no unexpected surprises or bills at the end and my husband and I felt the value and quality of service far exceeded our expectations. But what really set SERVPRO apart from others is their people. The receptionist, technicians, project managers, construction coordinators & concierges, and everyone else we worked with were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us get our home and lives back to normal.
