It is apparent that the training and education and communication aspects of their company are well integrated. Shout out to Crystal, Terry, DAVID, and all the rest of the crew are doing such a fine job and for cleaning up some meticulously after the fact going through a hurricane is enough trauma and SERVPRO made it much better.

I found SERVPRO through Google, and after doing a little research, they seemed to be the most qualified and reliable to handle the removal of black mold that had developed in my home after a heavy storm damaged my roof. Kacie was quick to respond to coming out and giving the initial assessment and quote. After that, I only had to wait a week to get them scheduled and for the work to be completed. The initial removal was quick with the work being performed in less than 2 hours, including setup and cleanup. While we did have a hiccup with our contract regarding the ceiling being restored, Kacie went above and beyond to resolve the situation and get our home restored as quickly as possible. Her ability to communicate and manage her multiple teams restored my faith in SERVPRO. They should feel fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.

I highly recommend using SERVPRO. I had the pleasure of working with Adeline, Manny, Jason, and Chase, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Adeline was incredibly responsive and took the time to explain the entire process, which put me at ease during a stressful time. She then got right to work on removing the nasty wet carpet. Manny and Chase arrived promptly and worked diligently to remove the damaged flooring caused by the water damage. Jason came to my home everyday to check in on drying process throughout the entire time as well.

During the last big storm in Houston, part of the roof blew off on our industrial building. I called the next morning and every step of the way SERVPRO has been the consummate pros. I was so worried that I’d fall to the back of the list or or wouldn’t get a call back, but they were on it and had the roof covered within 24 hours. And this was no small job.
