Three Way, TN, located in Madison County, is one of our newest cities in our territory. Before the city was officially incorporated in 1998, the area was commonly known as ‘Three Way’ for a number of years because of the split by Highway 45 along its north-south route into Highway 45W towards Humboldt and Highway 45E towards Milan. Three Way is a picturesque community, perfect for raising a family, and home to the new Middle Fork Bottoms Recreational Area, a recreation area the size of Central Park that opened in early 2022. While beginning as a part of a flood mitigation effort, the new 850-acre nature area offers plenty of opportunities for a variety of recreational activities and education. It contains nearly five miles of paved trails for biking and hiking, opportunities for canoeing and kayaking, a 10acre lake stocked for fishing, wildlife areas, and a place for training retrievers for wetland hunting.
