We came home from a vacation and found a huge water leak in our main bathroom, which had ruined everything in it. We contacted SERVPRO after speaking with our insurance agent and they had someone out to look at the damage that day. The crew that came to demolish the bathroom did so in one day. Then they sent a crew to take care of the drying process. I apologize for not remembering her name but she was very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. Her crew did an excellent job of getting the bathroom ready to be rebuilt. Johnathan Bell had a crew come to start the rebuilding shortly afterward. Mark and Jason did most of the work. A couple of other guys came to finish mudding the sheetrock. They were very prompt at showing up every day until the work was done. Our bathroom now looks better than it did before the leak happened. We are very pleased with the performance of SERVPRO from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a fantastic job.

Had a pipe burst and experienced major flooding in my home. Within the hour of calling, SERVPRO was here handling everything. Steven and the entire crew were amazing! They had us all set up and came back every day to be sure things were going according to plan. Very professional & respectful! They answered every question I had. SERVPRO folks that came to my rescue were Angela and Chris. Our toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and we called SERVPRO at about 4am. Angela and Steve were here by 6am and had everything set up in about 30 minutes. Angela explained the entire process in detail and walked us through all the documentation needed while Chris began vacuuming to water. Angela knew all the state requirements for mitigating damage from black water which was critical in making decisions regarding the hardwood flooring and furniture affected. Once they got started we just sat back and watched. They had the water removed, the damaged furniture identified, and drying fans running by the end of the day. Angela brought another crew in to pack our stuff that would be stored and Chris monitored the various fans for drying the wood and keeping the air clean. Chris and his helper stored all our furniture into a pod that they had brought in so we could get ready for next steps. They displayed a high degree of professionalism which reduced our stress level during the clean up and I would use them again in a heart beat.
We had a water event that caused much damage. Your crew got here in less than 2 hrs. They worked for 4 or 5 hrs cleaning up and putting out dryers and fans. They cleaned up before they left. They were professional and did an excellent job drying out our house. They took several area rugs and cleaned them and they were. Returned in good shape. In the midst of the trama we were going through they assured us it would be ok. I woulda highly recommend this group. They were friendly, caring and professional.
