My first experience with Servpro was following significant water damage in my home. They provided excellent service from the initial phone call and throughout the entire job. Technicians were friendly, professional, and meticulous. They left everything spotless when the work was finished. Because I had such a great experience, I contacted them again when I needed a drop ceiling cleaned. Again, they responded quickly and did excellent work. They will be my first call every time.

We had a lightning strike and lost our house to a fire. The firemen were able to save the detached garage, however it sustained damage. Matt had great communication and Tim was very professional and enclosed the garage and repaired the door in a very timely manner. We appreciate their timeliness, kindness and compassion in a tough time.

Matt and Greg have been outstanding so far in the early stages of restoring our home after lightning induced fire. They have been on site multiple times, and quickly brought in needed equipment to mitigate further damage to home and furnishings. Both Matt and Greg have communicated with us frequently, keeping us updated on upcoming plans. We are very pleased with Servpro so far, and would strongly recommend them.

I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service we received from Matt with Servpro this morning. After excessive rainfall caused flooding in part of our commercial showroom, I found myself in a stressful situation while my husband was out of town managing our second location. I had exhausted all ideas and truly needed expert help. Matt went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he address the immediate issue with professionalism and efficiency, but he also took the extra time to investigate the root cause; identifying clogged gutters on the roof as the likely source of the problem. This level of thoroughness made all the difference. What stood out most was his willingness to go beyond the standard service call. He offered practical advice on how to prevent future issues, recommended helpful supplies to keep on hand, and shared insight into products that benefit many other businesses here in Chattanooga. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help were incredibly reassuring. Today, Matt truly saved the day. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to both solving the problem at hand and helping prevent future ones.
