Forest Hills Cleanup and Restoration

We used Servpro Belle Meade for several events - water damage due to pipe, water and storm repair damage and also bathroom renovation. They were very responsive with our issues. While we initially started with a different project manager, we finished with Scott Nussmeyer. He was great to work with and very good at communicating and keeping us in the loop. We are pleased with the end result and would use Servpro in the future.

We had ServPro come out to clean the carpets in our office, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Yeimy Saenz and her team were professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, protected our floors and furniture carefully, and left the carpets looking and smelling fresh. Communication was clear, and the results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend ServPro and Yeimy’s team if you need reliable carpet cleaning!

Heath T. Deserves th highest rating available. He did exactly what he said he would every time. My experience with ServePro for the days prior to his taking charge was far under par. Heath turned the job around and went far beyond what was required.

The infamous Ice Storm of 2026 caused frozen pipes and a tremendous amount of damage at Scenic View Baptist Church. Scott Nussmeyer and his ServPro team were outstanding in the quality of work and their professionalism throughout the cleanup and restoration of the church. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team that handled the rebuild of my home. A near-full home rebuild is an enormous undertaking under the best of circumstances, and mine took place against the backdrop of an exceptionally complicated and difficult period in my personal life. The team navigated all of it with an extraordinary amount of professionalism, patience, discretion, and grace. There were circumstances surrounding this project that required far more communication, coordination, flexibility, and sensitivity than would ordinarily be expected of a contractor. They consistently rose to the occasion. They remained professional when situations were complicated, kept the project moving when there were obstacles outside of their control, and never lost sight of the fact that their job was ultimately to get my family back into our home. That meant more to me than I can adequately express. After everything our home and family had been through, watching the house come back together was incredibly emotional, and the care and craftsmanship they put into rebuilding it made the finished result feel like home again. The quality of their work speaks for itself, but what distinguishes this team even more is the way they conduct themselves when a project isn't easy. They were communicative, solutions-oriented, patient, and consistently willing to go above and beyond what I could reasonably have expected. I am tremendously grateful to the entire team for the work they did and, equally, for the way they handled an extraordinarily challenging project from beginning to end. I would recommend them without hesitation.
