Athens Cleanup and Restoration

What a way to turn a bad situation good! I can’t say enough about the Serv Pro Athens team. They guys were literally at my home within minutes of me contacting them. They were calm and reassuring at a chaotic time. They told me the exact plan and executed it beautifully. The ladies in the office were equally awesome. They communicated with my insurance to make sure all my needs were met. It was absolutely a seamless process. I would definitely recommend this team and their services.

They came to the house quickly and started the drying out process of 5 days to make sure our home was safe for us after our septic line backed up. James was wonderful. He and his crew stayed on the project checking to make sure the readings were correct. I would recommend Serve PRO to anyone that has a water damage issue. Thank you so very much

We were out of town when we learned we had an excess use of water. Family checked and found our lower level covered in water. Thank goodness SERVPRO was called. Our local manager Scott took control of the situation, connected with us in Florida and made all the "paperwork" easy with simple electronic E-sign process that allowed them to complete the work needed without delay. They were on site even before the necessary forms were completed. We did nothing but be thankful for SERVPRO. James, the person who did the on-site cleanup was excellent. When we were able to return home, we found the house in excellent condition, all dry and equipment removing the remaining moisture. Multiple large rugs and smaller ones were removed and sent to be cleaned. They left equipment until we could return home after and emergency plumber stopped the water flow, and we could get our usual plumber over to repair the cause problem. Everyone was polite, concerned and able to make decisions in our absence. All my wife and I can say is: "Thank you very much, SERVPRO and especially Scott, James and the receptionist whose name we fail to remember. Danny and David were great in helping our dental office and my church with flood and mud damage. Our church also used them for mold remediation and they were quick and efficient and quality work. Your go to guys to get the job done!
