Shaw Air Force Base is located right outside downtown Sumter and is one of the largest military bases in the United States. It is named after one of the first Americans to fly combat missions in World War I, Ervin David Shaw. It is not only a flying school and training facility, but it is also the community where military families live and work. It is home to around 5,400 military members and their families, as well as more than 600 civilian employees.

I had mold from excess moisture under my home. Buddy and his team did a complete cleaning and replaced the moisture barrier. I need to give a special thanks to Duck for the extra job he did for me. Mike and his team from SERVPRO did an outstanding job cleaning our home after a kitchen fire. They worked continuously to clean the walls, fixtures, all kitchen items, portraits, everything! We were very pleased with the time it took and their efforts with cleaning up the smoke and soot damage. It was a very pleasant experience during a distressing time.
We had two incidences of water damage in our house and my insurance company recommended them. They came in immediately within an hour and assessed the damage, took out the damaged floor and installed the drying fans. They took care of our furniture, moved and covered it. And every day they will come and checked the drying progress until it was completed. All throughout, I was impressed by their punctuality and professionalism.
