Rembert is located in the northern part of Sumter County right off of Highway 521. This small community is home to around 200 people and a few local businesses like Lilfred’s and the Modern Turf supply shop. Ellerbe’s Mill, which is a historic grist mill that is now a part of the National Register of Historic Places, is also located nearby.
Most of the townsfolk live in single-family homes in a small block radius, and farm fields and open skies lie on the outskirts of the town. A few small creeks run through town, but the closest major water sources are the Wateree River to the west and Ellberbees Millpond to the south.

Mike and his team from SERVPRO did an outstanding job cleaning our home after a kitchen fire. They worked continuously to clean the walls, fixtures, all kitchen items, portraits, everything! We were very pleased with the time it took and their efforts with cleaning up the smoke and soot damage. It was a very pleasant experience during a distressing time.
