Pawleys Island Cleanup and Restoration

ServPro repaired our kitchen ceiling due to a water leak. You can not tell where their work ends and the "old" ceiling begins. Also, their clean up crew did a superb job. My wife can not say enough how spotless they left the condo. That is high praise.

We most definitely recommend Servpro to handle all of your reconstruction and/or remodeling needs. From start to finish Tammy in the office is the best and a joy to work with. Likewise, Alex our Project Manager is very reliable and goes over and above to make sure the job is done right. We have now worked with Alex twice and we highly recommend him and his team at Servpro! They help put your mind at ease during stressful times because you know they will handle the job properly and put everything back in order. We had a flood issue due to a fire sprinkler in our townhome and ServPro came to assess the damage. They were prompt, knowledgeable and always called us back in a timely manner. They did all the rip out, repairs, paint and new flooring. Huge shout out to John Frenti and his entire team. They were always there when they said they would be and worked their butts off. At every point in the process, each member of John’s team did amazing work. John was hands on throughout the whole process and was always checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied and to explain everything that was going on during the project. My 1st time dealing with servers here in Myrtle beach. I met Jackson & Carson due to a broken hot water tank. They arrived the same day and began addressing the issue. Very polite, very professional.

Jackson and Carson(?) were absolutely amazing. They explained everything to us step by step, explained what they were doing, how it would work and what we needed to do(bonus, nothing). Sincere, Jackson & Carson came to my home after a fast, heavy rain flooded my condo today. They were efficient in extracting the water and setting up 8+ fans and multiple de-humidifiers. They were super kind and helpful and a pleasure to have in my home to help. Highly recommend!!
