We had a flood issue due to a fire sprinkler in our townhome and ServPro came to assess the damage. They were prompt, knowledgeable and always called us back in a timely manner. They did all the rip out, repairs, paint and new flooring. Huge shout out to John Frenti and his entire team. They were always there when they said they would be and worked their butts off. At every point in the process, each member of John’s team did amazing work. John was hands on throughout the whole process and was always checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied and to explain everything that was going on during the project.
