Horatio is a small community of homeowners and landowners in the High Hills of Santee area. It is a heavily wooded area that is home to single-family homes on widely spaced lots and farm fields on the outskirts of the community. It was originally named Louellen, but was later renamed Horatio, after Horatio Lenoir.
Horatio is also home to the Lenoir Store, which has been in operation since the early 1800s. It is a traditional country store that still offers penny candy and vintage items for sale. It is considered to be the oldest general store in South Carolina!

I had mold from excess moisture under my home. Buddy and his team did a complete cleaning and replaced the moisture barrier. I need to give a special thanks to Duck for the extra job he did for me. Also to Trevon, Shaun. I can't remember the names of all workers, but this I do know. They were respectful, punctual and professional.
Mike and his team from SERVPRO did an outstanding job cleaning our home after a kitchen fire. They worked continuously to clean the walls, fixtures, all kitchen items, portraits, everything! We were very pleased with the time it took and their efforts with cleaning up the smoke and soot damage. It was a very pleasant experience during a distressing time.
We had two incidences of water damage in our house and my insurance company recommended them. They came in immediately within an hour and assessed the damage, took out the damaged floor and installed the drying fans. They took care of our furniture, moved and covered it. And every day they will come and checked the drying progress until it was completed. All throughout, I was impressed by their punctuality and professionalism.
